At LuxParlora, we want you to be completely enamored with your home sanctuary; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to ensure your refund is processed promptly.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your LuxParlora account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxing with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed return slip inside.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
